Individual Counseling Sessions with Diane

Meet with me for a 90-minute session to discuss your personal goals. I will create a plan for you, targeting your specific needs. Sessions can be in person or via telephone. Let me help you create a healthful life! Let me arm you with information that will let you take charge of your health and avoid the current epidemics of obesity, cancer, heart disease and more. Have a specific health concern? Let me analyze your current diet and lifestyle. Then allow me to make recommendations to increase your resilience, bolster your immune system and support your body as a whole. This is a great opportunity for the self-motivated person who is looking for a plan to reach their goals with some guidance and cheerleading on the side. We meet twice then once monthly, depending on your needs, with plenty of emails in between! The perfect way to address a detox plan, a new diagnosis or injury, or just have a spring tuneup after a long winter of heavy foods. In this plan, we go for as long or as short a time as you need, and we tailor it to your finances, as well! This is the recession-proof way to good health, so call me today!
