About Diane

I am a Registered Nurse specializing in the area of women’s health.

I have also completed a two-year program in Herbal Therapeutics with internationally-known clinical herbalist, David Winston, AHG.

I have received my training and certification in Health Counseling at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, which is the only nutrition school integrating all the different dietary theories—combining the knowledge of traditional philosophies with modern concepts like the USDA food pyramid, the glycemic index, the Zone and raw foods. This program is also recognized and certified by Columbia University’s Teachers College.

I continue to further my education in the areas of nutrition, mind-body health, herbs and other aspects of integrative healing via seminars, workshops and classes. I believe that health is a process, an evolution, and that there are always new things to incorporate into my practice that will be of benefit to myself and to my clients.
