Product Review– new Eczema Cream

For those of you who have eczema, winter can be an itchy time of year. I know, I’ve had eczema on and off since I was 25 or so. “The itch that rashes”, eczema produces a crusty, red itchy patch after you scratch. Standard treatment is topical cortisone creams, with their own set of side effects such as thinning skin, and reduced immune response. I have tried every herbal product and have not found anything to work. Until now.

Look, No XEMA! is a new cream I found from a company called Four Elements and sold at Basil Bandwagon, in FLemington, NJ. This is a think cream, so it is safe for around the eyes- it will not run into your eyes, impairing your vision like some other gooey preparations. With a base of shea butter, almond oil and beeswax, Look, No XEMA is very nice to work with and has no smell. It’s inflammation-calming properties come from comfrey root, licorice root and other herbal lovelies. A 2 ounce jar runs under $20, and I can tell it will last a long time. I have been using this for a couple weeks now, and I really feel it is doing the job. Maybe not as quickly as the steroids, but definitely better than anything I have tried in the past.

If you know of someone who is plagued by this wretched condition, give this product a try. I think you will be happy with the results!
