Anybody up for Boot Camp??

Hi folks!

I sit here in my newly-cleaned office—it’s raining outside and I had the time and energy so I totally cleaned and reorganized my office. It’s a really small space, but it’s my space, and it needed a good overhaul. So here i am, writing to you from my clean desk!

It is occurring to me that this economy is really taking a toll on all of us. Everything is costing more when you look at gas prices and food prices, and people are reluctant to spend the money on themselves that they had in the past. Now don’t get me wrong: I am very motivated to save money, but I am also keenly aware that we have to also take care of ourselves and spend time (and some money) to nurture ourselves through good healthy foods and quality self care. Other wise, we won’t be able to keep up this God-forsaken pace the world expects of us.

Thinking along those lines, I was trying to come up with a plan to condense and create a program that would “cut to the chase” and offer women a way to jumpstart their health and save time and money as well. I wanted to develop a program that would quickly eliminate sugar and junk food cravings and at the same time encourage great nutrition. I wanted to get people off the artificial stimulants and give them energy through superior nutrition. I had to think fast and hard—-and then it hit me –Boot Camp. Not for the faint of heart, but definitely for the serious-minded woman who wants the facts, ma’am, just the facts.

I am hoping that this idea of a Boot Camp program will grab your interest, and if it does, then I want to hear from you! I am working hard to create the program structure and content, and I am very excited to put it into play. But it means nothing to me if you aren’t as thrilled about the idea as I am. So please give me your input and drop me an email herbalgem@gmail.com and put “boot camp” in the subject line. This will be a “meet-once-and-do-the-rest-online” type program, but don’t worry– you’ll have my support the whole way. That’s my job as a holistic health couselor.

I’m looking forward to your feedback, so please let me know your ideas!
